About

Most of my career has been spent building product and analytics capabilities in environments where the problem wasn't well-defined and the infrastructure didn't exist yet. Over fifteen years at Amazon, Apple, Google, and Chewy, I've led enterprise-scale platform builds, operational transformations, and data-driven product organizations — typically in spaces where the team knew something was broken but hadn't determined how to measure it, let alone fix it.

At Amazon, I re-architected the company's largest operational metrics platform, serving 30,000 users daily across 300+ fulfillment centers, and reduced page load times from three minutes to five seconds. I also directed the technology behind Amazon's upstream fulfillment model that avoided $293M in supply chain costs over three years. At Chewy, I built the first automated compliance analytics platform and stood up Chewy Heartbeat, which gave leadership its first unified view of customer behavior across the full purchase funnel. The common thread is taking undefined operational problems, instrumenting them properly, and delivering platforms that turn large-scale data into actions that move the business forward.

Green Leader: Guitarist & Musical Director

Founded and leads Green Leader, an instrumental music project blending funk, soul, R&B, and psychedelia, rooted in the natural landscapes of Whidbey Island. Composed, arranged, and recorded all 9 original tracks on the debut album Trails, overseeing the full creative process from songwriting through mixing, mastering, and release.

Directs a 5-piece band and produces live performances at local venues and fundraising events, including partnership concerts with the Whidbey Camano Land Trust. Manages all aspects of the brand: social media, EPK, press outreach to newspapers, podcasts, and radio, applying professional skills in project management and data-driven promotion to grow audience reach and community impact.
